CHUCKS TV REPAIR

KUDZU: Replaced damaged parts, which fixed the problem we had with the picture on a 55" Samsung projection TV. Also cleaned, set up and aligned the unit. Member Comments: Called on a Sunday, gave an estimate on Monday for $350, took TV to his shop and promised it would be back on Friday. brought it back as promised, picture is as good as when we bought the TV 5 years ago and the estimate was right on.Additional Questions Answered when completing this report What did you like most about this contractor? Performed an overall "Preventative" Maintenance check. Member Comments: Chuck's son and I are golf buddies from a long time ago. I have taken video cameras, VCR?s, and several televisions to Chuck over the years and have always been 110% satisfied with his service. And although I myself did receive a slight discount, I have sent friends and co-workers to him and they boast that his work is of the highest quality and by far the cheapest in town. Early last year My 65" projection TV was having problems with the color fading in/out. Unsure that he repaired big screen TV's ,I placed a few calls to area repair shops to get an idea of in-home service costs. The quotes I received were almost 3 x more that the quote he gave me. He came out to my house the following evening with a good idea what the problem was based on our conversation. He did have to order parts, but was prompt to return after. Thanks Chuck! I called explained what was going on with the t.v, he gave me a couple of things that could be wrong. I am located in the Buckey area and he is in the far east side of town. He was very helpful and very friendly. He referred me to someone on my side of town that he says is very good. I recommend if you live on the east side of town to give chuck a call. From the time they came in the house. The serviceman said he bet's he knows what's was wrong. I told him we had no sound coming from our 9 year old RCA TV. Even connected to a cable box, I could not get any I have sounds out of this set only snow sounds. Beautiful picture,but only snow sounds. We hooked the TV up to cable and not even 5 min. later . After he reprogramed the set, because it has set for 6 months and rebooted the channels. I had sound coming from the tv. I stood in amazement. HOW! HOW! I couldn't believe it......
Great job.... They came one hour earlier then the window he gave me. Fixed the tv and was on there way less then half hour even with putting the tv back in the cabinet for me.
